What we collect

We collect only what's necessary to run the service:

• Your email address (required for alerts)
• Your protocol and chain selections (so we know what to monitor)
• Optional: phone number for SMS alerts, Slack/Discord webhook URLs
• Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details

What we do NOT collect

• We never ask for or store your wallet address or private keys
• We do not use cookies for tracking
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
• We do not run ads

How we use your data

Your email is used exclusively to send you security alerts and service communications. Your protocol selections are used exclusively to determine what contracts to monitor on your behalf.

Data storage

Your data is stored in a secure database hosted on Railway infrastructure. We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active, plus 30 days after cancellation.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate ArgusFi:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Twilio — SMS delivery (Whale and Treasury plans only)
• DeFi Llama, Forta, CoinGecko, GitHub — public monitoring data sources. No personal data is shared with these services.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@argusfi.io. You can also unsubscribe via the link in any email we send you, which will stop all monitoring and communication.
